• Copy, resell, or republish our content, designs, or project photos without permission
• Attempt to interfere with the website’s security or normal working
• Submit false or misleading information through our consultation form

3. Consultations And Inquiries

Submitting our consultation form, messaging us on WhatsApp, or calling us does not create a binding contract between us. It simply starts a conversation about your project.

A formal engagement — including scope, timeline, and fees — begins only once both sides agree to it, typically in writing (email, signed proposal, or written agreement), separate from this website.

4. Our Services

Once you engage us for a project, the exact scope (for example: house design, floor plan, structural drawing, elevation, interiors, or a combination) will be agreed upon separately, along with fees, payment schedule, and timelines. Those project-specific terms will take priority over anything general stated on this website.

We aim to deliver accurate, well-planned designs, but:

• Design timelines depend on how quickly you provide information and approvals we ask for
• Government approvals (such as LDA or Nagar Nigam sanctions, where applicable) depend on the relevant authority and are outside our control, though we’ll guide you through the process
• Construction cost estimates are based on the information and rates available at the time, and actual costs may vary due to material prices, site conditions, or changes you make later

5. Payments

Payment terms (advance amount, milestones, and final payment) will be agreed upon separately for each project before work begins. Prices shown on this website, if any, are indicative and may change based on your specific project.

6. Ownership Of Designs And Drawings

Once you’ve paid for a project in full, you’re free to use the final drawings and designs for constructing your property.

Until full payment is made, drafts, drawings, and designs remain the property of Map Banwao and may not be used, shared, or handed to a contractor for construction.

We may showcase completed projects (photos, renders, or drawings) in our portfolio, on this website, and on social media, unless you ask us in writing to keep your project private.

7. Vastu And Other Guidance

Where we offer Vastu-based planning, this is provided as a design preference based on traditional principles and client requirements. It is not a scientific, structural, or legal guarantee of any outcome, and is provided alongside — not instead of — sound structural and architectural practice.

8. Limitation Of Liability

We work carefully on every project, but to the extent allowed by law:

• We are not responsible for losses caused by delays outside our control, such as government approval timelines, contractor performance, or site conditions
• We are not responsible for construction work carried out by contractors or workers who are not engaged or supervised by us
• Our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for that specific project

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

9. Third-Party Tools

Our consultation form sends your selections to us through WhatsApp. Once sent, your message is handled under WhatsApp’s own terms. We’re not responsible for how third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Google Maps, or others linked from this site) handle your data or availability.

10. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
